XALPESTECH — Industrial Equipment Engineering

Engineering continuity for critical rotating equipment.

XALPES supports operators, EPC contractors and equipment suppliers in the oil, gas, LNG and extraction sectors as a technical representative: equivalence studies for legacy rotating equipment, technical specification and sourcing of critical equipment, and reconstruction of technical data for existing installations.

Equivalence & obsolescence engineering

Form-fit-function equivalence studies for legacy rotating equipment (gear units, pumps, turbines) at end of life or whose original manufacturer no longer exists or no longer serves certain markets. Dimensional and functional cross-checking against applicable standards (API, AGMA, ISO, ANSI).

Technical specification & sourcing

Preparation of technical requisitions, RFQ packages and supplier qualification for critical industrial equipment, with verification of compliance against the applicable standards (API 610/611/613/677, AGMA, ASME).

Technical data & documentation

Reconciliation of legacy equipment data, field survey coordination and consolidation of dispersed or obsolete original documentation into traceable technical files supporting procurement, engineering and asset integrity decisions.
