Patents & intellectual property

Drafting, filing (national, PCT), management and monitoring of the portfolio, trademark strategy. Preparation and filing are coordinated with qualified IP counsel where required. No outcome is promised: a filing is a procedure, not a result.

Standards & references

When no reference exists to compare a product's performance, XALPES creates one: a measurable quantity, anchored thresholds, declared limits and refutation conditions, published openly. Example: the XRS scale. In preparation: the FFC marking.

Testing & characterization

Performance characterization on our own benches and with our own instruments, test protocols and technical documentation, by the Testing Laboratory Division. Regulatory tests are conducted by qualified third-party laboratories where required.

Mode 2

Subcontracting for existing laboratories

For existing laboratories and testing organizations: XALPES works in white label or as co-contractor. Deliverables are returned to the ordering laboratory, which remains the sole interlocutor of its client. Confidentiality by default.
